The birth of Man Town

It has been long understood between my wife and I that when we have the money to do so, the basement (at least a portion of it) will be transformed into Man Town. Defined by a pub-like atmosphere and decor, Man Town will have the requisite lounge area with a huge, wall-mounted DLP TV and associated electronics, game area with pool table and poker table, and - perhaps most importantly - the bar.
My bar for Man Town will not be a cheesy 70’s tiki-style throwback, I am more about refinement and sophistication. Of course it will feature bar sinks, well stocked liquor cabinet for Zombies and genuine margaritas, and of course some bar stools, etc.
