If I were a rich man

I think it would be mandatory to have steak at least once per month in my house.
Tonight I was supposed to roast a chicken for dinner - I had taken it out of the freezer last night but apparently it didn’t have time to thaw for tonight. A bit bummed because I make a killer roast chicken, I decided to go to the corner store and pick up some burgers to grill. To my surprise they had zero burger meat - something that they usually have there; however, they did have Delmonico Steak. At buy one get one free pricing, I couldn’t turn it down!
It was the best steak I had in a long time - I sprinkled salt, pepper, and curry powder on each side and rubbed them with some butter and slapped them on the grill. It was great because it cost about the same as some burger meat and buns would have cost - quite the treat.
