Church, school, club, team fund raiser

Posted on September 20, 2007 in the Debt Elimination, Home Business category

School has been back in session for some time now and the first day of fall is this Sunday. Seems like this is the time of year that everyone changes gears from the slow pace of summer to refocus on important issues of the coming months. It seems that just about anyone has fund raising high on the list of priorities.

If you do a Google search for “fund raiser” you will come up with millions of ideas for your school, church, club, sports team, or non-profit organization. There are many tried and true options for you out there but the game is the same - you generally have to go door to door selling something (cookies, candy bars, magazines, etc.) or your child suckers you into bringing a catalog to work. I am not disparaging these options - they obviously work to some extent or they wouldn’t be around. My point is the return on your effort. Lets say that after weeks of selling you come up with $500 in profit. In the end you have put in a ton of effort for not much return (especially after you factor in what didn’t sell).

I am going to take this opportunity to plug my own business a little here and let you know of a way that your organization can profit $10,000 or more with just 30 participating families. There is no selling, no inventory, no returns to worry about - all you have to do is refer individuals, families, or small businesses to me.

Here is what I do: I am an independent agent for Freedom Financial Group (#1769). I show people how to pay their debt in a specific way so that they may pay everything off (including a mortgage) in 6-12 years. The debt I am referring to includes a mortgage, credit cards, car loans, personal loans, school loans, basically anything that you pay interest on. We prepare a customized Debt Elimination Plan for free for each client. My clients save an average of $150,000 in interest payments and enjoy an increase in their credit rating. A client does not pay anything extra per month that what he/she is used to, there are no bi-weekly payments, nor do most clients have to pay anything out of pocket. Our fees are taken out of the savings we create for a client. Every client also receives a Personal Financial Coach for as long as they remain a client.

By referring clients, you or your organization will earn 5% of the fees generated. I quoted the above number using only 30 families - how many families are in your school or church? How many do you think could benefit from this service? The amount you can raise is basically unlimited.

Just to give you a bit of background - I learned about this company by being a client first. My wife and I had a TON of debt: mortgage (28 years), school loans, credit cards, car loan, business loan, etc. By submitting our information for a free debt analysis, we learned that we can be completely debt free (including our 28 year mortgage) in just 9 years.

We will also save over $200,000 in interest - thats insane!

That is basically it - you refer people to me and your organization gets paid for those that start a plan for us. There is nothing to lose as the Debt Elimination Plan is created for free - from there a client can see how much time and money we can save them. Fees are charges only after a client accepts the plan and sends in the paperwork.

Sure does beat selling chocolate!

Have you actually made any money through this program?

I have been looking for something that could help others and help my family, but there are so many scams out there.

I would love to hear about how this is working with you, since it looks like something that could be an honest way to help others and make money.

    Thank you.
