I just got a new cellphone . . . . now I need CONTENT

by Mathew

Last week I got a new Nokia cell phone from T-Mobile – its one of those Hot Spot cell phones where you can use any computer WiFi connection to place cell phone calls. This works out great for me as I do not have traditional cell coverage at my house – so now I can actually use my phone at home!

So now that I got this new cell phone with all kinds of capabilities, I was looking around for some place to get good content and Free Ringtones. I stumbled upon CellFish.com, a massive website which enables users to play and share all kinds of content right on your cell phone. The web site is quite innovative in that it combines one of the fastest growing markets, cell phone content, with the explosive popularity of Social Networking.

Aside from Free Ringtones, CellFish also offers videos and images, all of which are available as both free and premium services. In addition, you are able to share your own video, image, or ringtone content via their easy and intuitive interface, the Digital Locker. On top of that you can connect with other members, comment on the various posted images, ringtones, and video, and share your own or other’s content with anyone you like.

In the span of 2 minutes, I was able to sign up for free, register my cell phone number, get credit for a Free premium ringtone, and upload an image to my Digital Locker from my computer. I could have uploaded from a website or even directly from my cell phone if I wanted to – pretty cool stuff!

Take a minute or two to try out the service for free by downloading this picture I just sent to my Digital Locker. All you need to do is click on the “Send to my phone” link that is in the bottom left corner of the picture. You will be surprised how easy it is!
